Colleen Reynolds M.A. CCC-SLP

Colleen knew she wanted to become an SLP when she was working as a journalist and had an assignment to interview an SLP at Pennhurst. Within 30 seconds of the interview, she knew she was meant to do that work. Now, Colleen has extensive experience with aphasia, neurodegenerative disorders, cognition, voice therapy including LPR, and dysphagia therapy. She is a well-known adjunct professor at West Chester University and a Reiki Master! Colleen is a long time Phoenixville resident who spends her spare time with her children, five grandchildren, and hunting your neighborhood ghosts.
Julie Develin M.A. CCC-SLP

Julie remembers when one of her friends was going to school to become an SLP. She was telling Julie about the classes she was taking, and Julie thought, “This is what I want to do!” Now, Julie’s favorite part about being a speech therapist is meeting so many great people and families. She has extensive experience with dysphagia therapy, cognitive therapy, Autism Spectrum disorders, and early intervention. When she is not working with her patients and clients, Julie can be found at the ice hockey rink with her three kids and husband or playing with her two Old English Bulldogs!
Paige Albor M.S. CCC-SLP

Paige started with Reynolds Develin as a student and has been here ever since! Her favorite part of her job is the relationships she builds with her clients and families while working together to improve the quality of their lives. Paige has experience with aphasia, speech and language, social skills therapy, and dysphagia therapy for both pediatrics and adults. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, painting, and putting hot sauce on almost anything.
Shelley Slott M.S. CCC-SLP

Shelley began her career as an SLP after student teaching and discovering her passion with one-to-one care. She now has extensive experience with pediatric and adult dysphagia therapy, head and neck cancer, aphasia, and fluency. Her favorite part about her job is watching her clients progress. Shelley is a clinical educator at Salus University and does competitive dragonboat racing both in the US and internationally!
AJ Groff M.A. CCC-SLP

AJ is an SLP who enjoys working with both adolescents and adults. He has experience with high school students with emotional disturbances and a population of students with multiple disabilities. Each of his clients comes with their unique behavioral challenges and requires particular patience and demeanor to work through. He believes it is important and helpful to have behavioral experience in this field. AJ has a long story of how he found his way to speech therapy when his work settings collided, and he discovered that the ability to communicate affects most of our experience as human beings. In his spare time, AJ loves spending time with his wife and two daughters!
Nicole Orlandi M.A. CCC-SLP

Nicole is a new Speech Therapist who enjoys working with both children and adults. As a child, Nicole remembers that she had a speech impediment, and speech therapy was one of her favorite parts about going to school. It was fun and interactive; she never knew it was therapy. So, she decided to choose this profession, hoping to make it another client’s favorite part of their day. Her favorite part of being a speech therapist is seeing her clients’ progress. Whether big or small, any progress makes her job so rewarding. Nicole loves spending time with her family and going to the beach!
Erica Mohan M.S. CCC-SLP

Erica started her undergraduate career, hoping to become a teacher. However, once a friend introduced her to the field of speech-language pathology, Erica knew she had found her true passion. Members of Erica’s family needed speech therapy, which encouraged her to always show up to classes eager to learn. She has experience working with various populations from toddlers to geriatrics, gaining skills to provide speech services for her clients better. Erica’s favorite part of speech pathology is how diverse this field is and watching her clients achieve small steps that lead to large accomplishments. She is a crazy corgi lover with a total of 5 corgis in her life so far. Currently, she is the proud mom of Penny, Nellie, and Tucker!
