How do I set up my initial evaluation or appointment?

Call us today: (610)304- 3420. We will take it from there!

How much do you charge?
$150 for an initial evaluation, $100/hour, $75/45 minutes, and $60/30 minutes.
Do you accept insurance?
At this point, we do not accept insurance. However, we will provide you with a receipt from each of your therapy sessions in which you will be able to submit to your insurance company to get reimbursement.
How long does an initial evaluation take?
Typically, an initial evaluation takes 60-90 minutes. After the evaluation, your therapist will review results and make recommendations.
When do I get the results of my evaluation?
Once your evaluation is completed, your therapist will analyze the data and write your initial evaluation report. This report and your results will be completed within 3 days.
How long before I start therapy?
Once your evaluation is completed, you and your therapist will schedule your first session! We will get you in at your earliest convenience.
How long are therapy sessions?
Typical therapy sessions are 60 minutes long; however, we do offer 30- and 45-minute sessions (especially for children).
Will I see the same therapist every time?

We value the importance of building a trusting relationship between therapist and client. Because of this, you will see the same therapist every appointment.

If for some reason, your therapist cannot make your session, we will reschedule your appointment.

What age range of clients do you see?
We welcome everyone! Our therapists have a variety of experiences, allowing us to offer services for individuals from birth through geriatrics.
Will you communicate with my child’s school Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)?
Yes, we will communicate with anyone you choose. We will provide a release form for you to sign, allowing us to communicate with your child’s school SLP.
What is your cancellation policy?
We would appreciate 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
What do you do after I leave?
We will miss you so! But we will write a note documenting your gains this session, and we will spend our time preparing for your next visit!
Why do speech therapists work on swallowing?

Speech therapists work on swallowing because we essentially use the same muscles for swallowing as we do for speaking.

Speech therapists are well versed in the anatomy and physiology of those structures; therefore, we are highly trained to diagnose and treat swallowing disorders.

Am I allowed to ask personal questions?
We are all open books! From what we ate for dinner last night, to ghost stories and everything in between – there isn’t anything we don’t talk about.

We all have dogs! But Julie has some cats that her family has rescued, too! We’re definitely animal lovers over here.
